Slimmers Social Support Group
Slimmers Social Support Group is for the
mature aged lady
who would like to lose or maintain their weight.
There is a weekly weigh-in on digital scales
and
information on topics such as healthy eating,
achieving personal lifestyle changes and helpful exercise.
We don't do exercising during the group meeting.
There are also books, magazines and videos
to borrow
and occasional outings.
Fun, laughter and friendship are amongst the
aims of this group whilst losing and maintaining weight.
Cost: $1.00 per week paid one month in advance.
There is a monthly prize for the biggest loser over 1kilo and an end of year prize for the biggest loser over 5kilos
No registration fee.
Every Wednesday.
