Berkeley Vale Neighbourhood Centre's InSync Project has two exciting new workshops coming up in May and June. One is for parents who are experiencing anger difficulties with their adolescent children and the second is for the adolescent who is experiencing anger.

We have become a throw away society causing landfill sites to be full of both rubbish and things that could be recycled. Berkeley Vale and Cynthia Street Neighbourhood Centres have found a solution through Planet Ark and will be hosting a swap party. Visit the Planet Ark website for more information about swap parties.
