Vision Statement
Berkeley Vale Neighbourhood Centre provides
a safe,
friendly environment by fostering and encouraging the
cohesion and well-being of the members of the Community
within the Southern Lakes area, Wyong Shire.
Objective
The Objective of this association is to
provide a non-discriminatory
service which aims to improve the quality of life of
local residents.
Attainment of Objective
a) In doing this, the
Association shall facilitate
i/ Activity groups
ii/ Social groups
iii/ Drop in information and referral Centre
iv/ Other programs
And will offer itself as a resource for
people who live and work
in the Southern Lakes District of Wyong Shire.
b) It will provide a
place where people can relax, make friends,
receive practical assistance and emotional support as
required,
to enable them to enhance their quality of life.
c) It will
continually survey areas of need, in cooperation with
other
agencies and attempt to answer those needs.

Cooperation between service agencies in order
to minimise duplication and fragmentation of effort.
